ADS-B requirement clarified for nonelectrical aircraft

A recently issued legal interpretation from the FAA’s Office of the Chief Counsel has clarified Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) requirements for operators of aircraft without electrical systems.
